With a rich history spanning over 30 years in non-profit leadership, I played a pivotal role in the remarkable growth of a church, steering its expansion to seven locations and fostering a thriving congregation of over 3000 individuals. Throughout this extensive journey, I encountered and successfully navigated a diverse array of leadership challenges, solidifying my understanding of the nuances inherent in guiding organizations toward their fullest potential.
My enduring passion lies in identifying leaders hungry for growth across a spectrum of organizations. In 2015, a transformative year-long leadership experience with GiANT Worldwide reshaped my perspective and inspired the inception of "Lead Like One." This company, powered by GiANT Worldwide, stands as a testament to my dedication to serving leaders through the comprehensive suite of services offered by GiANT and extending beyond. We love investing in students. We have modules and experiences specifically to help students discover their unique wiring and to teach them to be well-rounded, healthy leaders who make an impact on the world around them. We do this through modules on our online platform (GiANT OS), classroom sessions, and development of teachers and coaches who want to deliver GiANT leadership tools to their students.
